I worked within various roles, but always as a part of the family business; a local village pub which was really the heartbeat of a friendly community. During this time I helped plan and manage various events ranging from weddings to birthday parties and charity events, even my parent’s renewal of vows which was a surprise for my mother. My career has been a diverse mixture from working with polo ponies and cattle in the Australian outback, to Assistant Manager at a busy restaurant in the centre of Oxford. In my time as a Sales and Events Executive for an outside caterer. I set up as a wedding and event planner as nothing gives me such a buzz than designing and organising that unique day for a special couple or family, sharing ideas and creating memories that should last a lifetime.
