It's National Workaholics Day – quite a peculiar name, if you ask us – but we fully support the idea behind it: raising awareness about overworking. 😕

We're lucky to be surrounded by flowers, so we don't mind spending the whole day in the flower shop, haha! But, jokes aside, overworking can lead to serious health issues, so it's crucial to find ways to balance work and home life.

You might have a fulfilling job – like we do – and that's fantastic! But work isn't everything. For those days when you feel like you've given your all, we recommend taking a pause.

Simply pause. If you have flowers or any other natural escape nearby, engage in a mindfulness activity, even if it's just for 5 minutes every couple of hours. 🌼🐚🌊

It makes a huge difference! Don't dismiss it because it's "only" 5 minutes. Remove the "only" from the sentence. If you work 8 hours a day, that's 20 minutes of mindfulness right there. It helps you stay present, rest your mind and body, and oddly enough, boosts creativity and productivity 😊.

So, please, make sure to schedule these little breaks into your workday.
