As most of you know I'm taking over Your pamper Parties from Shiona and my first party will be Sunday 20th October 😁🎉

I'm keep everything the same and will be doing one Sunday a month with parties at the following times:

🎉 11am-1pm

🎉 1.45pm-3.45pm

The lovely Shiona is sadly having an operation and stepping back to be more present at home. She's been absolutely amazing showing me what I need to know and trusting me to take over her lovely little business 🩷

Things are changing 😊

New logo and name coming soon and we are a on demand only page now 😁

Myself and Sally Read have 100s of classes saved from the start of lockdown including

Lbt, totally shredded, body conditioning, bands, dance, hiit, boxercise, fitness pilates, yoga, core, Swiss ball and many more 😍

We found that after lockdown, life got busy again for alot of people and most could not make the live classes and would catch up in a time more convenient for them.

So we decided to do this for half the price at just £10 a month 😀

I’ve been on holiday this week so I’ve been able to do a couple of classes on the page.
I’m an early riser, so whilst everyone sleeps, I’ve done 2 classes in my pjs! Not even put gym kit on. 😂😂
