Hi all

Earlier this week, we had an incident at the centre where members of a large group were bullying and intimidating other children and verbally abusive towards staff when they intervened.

The group was escorted off the premises. However we have since been subjected to a campaign of abuse, misleading and negative social media reviews by the parent and her associates, copies of which including CCTV footage from their visit, have now been provided to the Police and Local Authority.

We kindly ask all visiting parents to help ensure The Mad House remains a safe and fun environment where children can enjoy themselves without fear of bullying or abuse. We will not, under any circumstance, tolerate abuse of any kind towards our guests and staff. Fortunately incidents of this nature are extremely rare.
