A little look back at our recent project at Bradfield Commercial.

We helped bring their first-ever Open Air Cinema to life at the stunning Greek Theatre, creating an outdoor cinema setup for four days of films, all in a pretty spectacular setting 🍿 ☀️

August has been a busy one at Veo! 👋

Open-air cinemas, conferences, weddings and plenty of warehouse admin in between. 😂

From Bradfield Commercial to ✨ The Conference for Consciousness & Human Evolution ✨ at Novotel London West, our team have been busy delivering another month of events, with a bit of kit cleaning, cable rebranding and warehouse TLC thrown in too.

Now onto September… 🚀

Welcome to the team, Martin! 👋

We’re excited to welcome Martin to Veo as our new Warehouse Operations Manager.

With over 20 years of experience across audio, visual, project management and event operations, he’s bringing plenty of knowledge to the warehouse team.

When he’s not keeping everything running smoothly in our warehouse, you’ll find him managing his son’s under 12s football team, watching Reading FC (URRRZZZZ), out on his motorbike or doing a spot of fishing 🎣

Behind the scenes at the ✨ The Conference for Consciousness & Human Evolution ✨ conference at the Novotel London West over the weekend 🧠

Creating a bespoke bar wasn’t on our bingo board for 2026, but how epic does this look?!

Our team built this bespoke bar for at , making MDF look like painted and treated solid wood that’s been there for years.

Throwing it back to this conference setup for Gravitee at the Novotel London West.
