October at Veo 🎃

Another month has sped by, filled with conferences, weddings and premieres! Here’s a look at everything we were working on last month 👀

A little look at getting Katie and Grant’s wedding party ready at Cosy Rustic Barn in Hampshire 🥂

With the dance floor open, Gareth on the decks and guests making the most of the Magic Mirror photo booth, the evening was well underway!

We supplied the dance floor, Magic Mirror, light-up letters and DJ setup to get everything ready for the celebrations ✨

Happy Birthday Louis! 🎉

Our Senior Event Technician, electrical and lighting whizz, and warehouse resident for the past four years! Louis brings a dry sense of humour and a healthy appreciation for b**r to the team. 🍻

Have a good one, Louis! 🎂

A look back at the Reassured Ltd Summer Party at De Vere Wokefield Estate from 2024 ☀️

We transformed the marquee into a full summer party setting, with lighting, staging, ceiling draping, themed styling and furniture, alongside an LED dancefloor and entertainment for the evening.

From the overall look of the space to the production details behind it, everything came together to create the right setting for a summer celebration!

Meet the team behind Veo Events! 🎉

We’ve done a lot of growing over the last few years and have welcomed in a lot of new faces to our team, we’re pretty glad they’ve stuck around.

Nicola can be found both in the office and on site making sure our events are running smoothly as our Production Event Manager.

Martin, our newest hire taking on the role of Warehouse Operations Manager, is keeping things on track in the warehouse and organising the warehouse team.

Speaking of warehouse crew, Dom and Jamie are some of our Event Technicians, making sure events are prepped and ready with all the right gear.

And finally, Callum, our Production Director, heads up some of our biggest event jobs, coming up with new concepts and solutions for our clients.

Part two with more team members to follow 👀

Whether you're organising the office Christmas party, planning a big corporate celebration or delivering an event for a client, we've got the production side covered.

From lighting up the room to staging, sound and screens, we'll help create the right atmosphere and take care of the technical details, so you can focus on the party itself ✨

We work with businesses, brands, agencies and venues, so whoever's behind the event, we'd love to hear from you!

Happy Birthday Dom! 🥳 🎉

Dom first joined us on work experience and has been part of the Veo team for the last two years as one of our Event Technicians!

When he’s not busy getting events prepped and ready to go, you’ll probably find him boxing or tinkering with his MX5 🏎️

Have a great one, Dom! 🎂

💡 Robe appreciation post!

We use Robe UK & Ireland fixtures across loads of our events, from colour-accurate front light at premieres to key light, back light and some pretty impressive effects.

Our iPainte LTM and LedPOINTE fixtures are regulars on corporate jobs, giving us everything from a tight beam in the haze to big aerial effects.

And we recently utilised the Arianne 12s on one of our client’s Leicester Square film premieres. They’re not part of our collection just yet, but WOW, they’re bright. Perfect for creating anything from a sunrise effect to a big wide wash.

You’ll rarely find us at a lighting event without a few Robe fixtures ✨
