We are very excited to be advertising for a new member of staff to join our team at Sea Kale.

The part-time position is for two daytime shifts per week (10hrs total), to include a commitment to one weekday (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday) and every Saturday, with additional ad hoc holiday cover.

We are looking for someone who is confident, calm and friendly, with previous Front of House restaurant/cafe experience. Barista skills would be desirable (but not essential). A lover of food and drink is a must!

So a little about us and the job role. We are a small restaurant who pride ourselves in delivering a fun and indulgent dining experience to our customers. Applicants must be customer focused, with a good eye for managing all aspects of table service. Our chef, Matt is meticulous in creating innovative menus using seasonal and local produce. You'd have the opportunity to help him in the kitchen, along with other kitchen tasks.

It a great position, easy to learn and you'd be part of a close-knit team. We all work hard, get stuck in and look after each other well. Sea Kale thrives on being part of the local community in St Leonards and we are known for offering our diners a little oasis to eat and relax in, with an excellent level of service.
