Own up who got one of these for Christmas but hasn’t yet fired it up? They’re brilliant bits of kit, such a fun night making pizzas for your friends. 🍕🔥
If firing it up seems too much hassle because you know you’ve got to make the dough, and then let the dough ferment and you’re really not sure how long the fermentation should be 🤯 a minimum of 36 hours btw so that all the sugars and the protein in the flour is broken down. This way you’ll get a light eat that doesn’t leave you bloated!
