Glorious wedding last Saturday near Billingshurst.
Canapés, New Orleans menu for wedding breakfast, followed by a Mexican evening meal. Finished off with plates of nachos at all of the tables. Just in case anyone had anymore room😂👨🏻‍🍳

We are gearing up for lots of weddings and festivals next year and cant wait to take our new trailer out and cook up some tasty food. Lighting and electrics being finished this weekend .

There seems to be a bit more optimism with Wedding planning now. Another wedding booked in this week for later in year. Next year already looking good.
A few more confirmations on festivals and things are looking a lot more positive after last years washout.

A New Orleans weekend for us at home. Blackened chicken Jambalya one night followed by Gumbo the next.
Good to be able to sit down and enjoy them without cooking for hundreds.

Last event of the season.
150 meals served for lunchtime in Staines on a cold but sunny Haloween.
Delicious King prawn jambalaya ,Vegan Jambalaya, File Chicken gumbo and roasted beef po'boys.

Great night catering at a 20th wedding anniversary near Southampton at a beautiful house. We served Vegetarian jambalaya , Chicken and Prawn jambalaya and blackened chicken file gumbo.
We had compliments flowing most of the night.
