All Future bookings will require a deposit to secure booking. If a booking is cancelled after materials are ordered the refund will be non refundable. I understand that things do happen and events do need to be cancelled or moved, so the event may be moved to another date if it is available and the deposit can be transferred to that date also. Hope you understand but when I have ordered and paid for materials for events that are cancelled then I'm out of pocket.
