What a week ! Change is always very challenging… no one really likes it , but the ladies and gents at the shop have embraced it head on …. Proper just chucked our selfs in the deep end with the new Interflora system and QR codes and photos and printing delivery manifests …. Next week we are helping to create a lovely day in memory of one of my best friends jano. The lovely Lauren from bradfield school has organised a festival at Bradfield “bradfest” in memory of Janette/jano …. All proceeds of this event will be donated to the s6 food bank … we are creating some floral displays and if any one has any of these types of greenary they’d be willing to chop down or a hygrengea bush that’s out of control we can arrange collection it really would be massively appreciated THANKYOU ❤️❤️ www.sarahsflorist.co.uk

When one of your favourite customers pops in a bit upset caus it’s nearly a year since her best friend crossed over rainbow bridge, she just wanted a few flowers to pop in a vase next to this amazing portrait of her boy … she chose a few stems of our English grown flowers and I think they look amazing… I’ve always said it’s not how big or small a bouquet is the real value in flowers is the sentiment behind them … I feel your pain Sonia …. I miss my Billy boy every day ❤️

Yesterday’s wedding 👌I had some really interesting feedback from my wedding post a few days ago . A couple of brides private messaged me about really high quotes they had received from florists they’d been to see(not me) ! One quote I would have been £700 cheaper ! But this is quite worrying for me as these kind of quotes put brides off going to another florist as they think “we are all the same” we are not all the same … please shop around , if any brides need any advice I’d me more than happy to help you 👍 www.sarahsflorist.co.uk

As everything seems to be getting more and more expensive we’ve been trying to think of ways to bring the cost down on certain items … wedding flowers once everything is totted up can be quite expensive… I’m looking for feed back from any future brides … how would they feel about a florist choice brides bouquet , the bride would tell us the colour scheme and style and then leave the flower choice to the shop … this way we can buy flowers that week for the wedding in the brides choice of colour scheme but not be tied in to a particular stem which means we have better buying power and can be more flexible on price … any thoughts and feedback would be greatly appreciated thanks www.sarahsflorist.co.uk
