Mango & Brie Parcels - probably one of the most popular starters we do. It’s one of those dishes that cleverly fuses flavours to make it work surprisingly beautifully. Especially after the tasting days it seems to be a firm favourite.

Gary has been with Jenkinsons for 25 years and is still going strong. Not only has he rubbed shoulders with culinary greats, but he has also had the honour of meeting, cooking and chatting with the late Queen Elizabeth II twice.
