Sneak peek from today’s visit to Hazel Grove Sixth Form.
As part of today’s chocolate enterprise, business students split into teams and showcased real innovation by creating their own chocolate bar brands. 🍫✨
Designing their own wrappers and crafting their own chocolate bars, they delved deep into the chocolate business, from production to tempering, with a strong focus on branding and storytelling. 🎨🍫
By the end of the session, once all bars were made and packed in their bespoke branded packaging, students presented their brands to me in a Dragons' Den-style pitch for potential “investment.” They considered the following elements:
• Target demographic 🏷️
• Brand story 📖
• Social media/digital marketing 📱
• Origin of ingredients 🌍
• Recipe USP 🍽️
