SELF DEFENCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE 5 week 11+Teens course starting this Sunday 21st April 2pm-4pm in the Gold room, centre for Science and Art (opposite old library)
Taught by Jeth Randolph and run by School of Larks

Students will learn:
Quick simple, and effective self-defence that builds to a
complete understanding of managing aggressive individuals, in a friendly
and supportive atmosphere suitable for complete beginners or those with
prior training.

Over the past 2 years, we have been working with our European partners to create a course in Inclusion for circus trainers. We are happy to announce we will be rolling this amazing course out in 8 venues around England.
