🌟 **A New Chapter Begins!** 🌟

Dear Valued Customers and Friends,

After 4 wonderful years of serving our incredible community. I have some bittersweet news to share.

Pinky’s Gluten Free will be closing its doors for hot food tomorrow 7th June, I will continue to work out of the front kitchen offering Tea’s & Coffee, sandwiches and confectionery until the end of the month, then I will be closed permanently.

This decision comes as I start a new adventure in life.

I have cherished every moment with you all – the laughter, the stories, and the countless memories. Your unwavering support and loyalty have meant the world to me, and it has been an honor to serve you.

I have just had one of the hardest days of my life in the 4 years of being on Butts pond.
It’s caused me anxiety, headaches, cramps, fatigue stress as I haven’t felt before WHY !!!

I had to be nice and polite to my customers it’s nearly broken me, but 5*’s bring it on so back to normal tomorrow and for the next 2 years I won’t have to do it again. Because you lot are a bunch of ??????? you all know what you are.
But love you all.

Happy new year to all. Tomorrow Monday the 8th of January I will only be open from 7am until 10.15, due to a funeral of a lovely soul Marion Shepard.

Pinkys won’t be open tomorrow morning due to unforeseen circumstances of one’s cat being so poorly but I should be open from 12.30 if Boobalinka is ok. If she isn’t I won’t open up at all as I will be crying and snorting in your food. Apologies now who knows the outcome.

It’s that time of the year again when I have a work experience from Sturminster high school to help me, this year I have the wonderful Ellie Saunders, so I asked her to make some chocolate chip cookies and this is what we have a chocolate chip cookie. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. If she doesn’t have a sugar rush today I will want to know why.

Pinkys is expanding this week, slowly but surely, so orders would be welcomed as I’m still a 1 man band but super excited things are moving forward.
This week I am catering for Gf obviously as well as Low Fodmap. In the fridge will be, ready meals, pizzas, sausage rolls, usual Banoffee pies, scotch eggs, Lemon meringue pie, Apple turn overs, Quiche for vegetarians and meat eaters, Lasagna, Mac and cheese plus many more items. As well as Lemon drizzle cake, Victoria sponge, Cherry Madeira with a cherry in every bite, scones with jam and clotted cream.
Pictures are Low Fodmap meat balls with parmigiana, and Low Fodmap shepards pie.

Super massive shoutout to James Woods and Sarah Watts for all there help and professionalism catering a Vegan holistic event in Camel yesterday for me whilst I stepped in as a one off for Sturminster Newton car boot sale which was great fun but short lived with the rain. I’m going to double book again now 🤣🤣 Cheers you two x
