Had the pleasure of cooking for . Lovely couple! We spent the whole night talking about food, which was right up my street 👍

BREAD!!!
There’s nothing better than baking your own bread. Here we make all our bread from scratch.
We prefer using a long ferment and a French style starter called a “Poolish”.
This adds depth and flavour to our bread. All of our lovely customers have loved our bread. We thought we’d share some of the pictures from our recent private dining menus, where the bread course starts every meal 👌👌👌👨🏻‍🍳
