Hi all,

A post in regards to good old English weather. Unfortunately, the weather has not been kind to us over the last 1-2 years. And even though general wind levels may be well under 24mph, we are finding wind gusts are exceeding the limit, and it all has to be factored in.

So, as much as we do not like to miss out or let our customers down, we have to play by the rules and ensure the safety of users.

We will do our best to rearrange or refund any bookings.

Well. Today was a bit mental wasn’t it.

We had a phenomenal day! A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers for giving up their time! They ran around all day like headless chickens!

To Gorse Hill Tea Room & Cafe for providing an amazing Santa.. Steve… you were outstanding and your wonderful volunteers who helped
To Butterfly Occasions for sorting Santa’s grotto and all your hard work today.
To CJs disco and karaoke for bringing Spider-Man!

And to Rock Choir North Wiltshire for the best performance!
And finally Chloe's Mobile Farm for staying longer than booked to help manage our footfall!

We know the queue for Santa at times was beyond mental. We honestly can’t believe the volume of people that walked through the door.

Today we expected a busy day. But more than 4000 of you attended to support and in a short amount of time, Santa seen more than 400 children!

We learn, we grow and we improve. But for now…
