Oulton Park's signature Historic Gold Cup returns for three days of nostalgic motorsport action on 29-31 July, with a special revamped line-up. On-track entertainment at this summer's event will be overseen by the Historic Sports Car Club, as has become traditional over recent years, with additional content from Masters Historic Racing, the Classic Sports Car Club, the Vintage Sports-Car Club, the

Historic Racing Drivers Club and the Historic Grand Prix Car Association. The races at this year's event have also been given special titles in homage to the circuit's past and those that made their name racing at the venue. The showpiece Historic Gold Cup itself will be awarded to the aggregate winner of two Historic Grand Prix Car Association races across the weekend. Away from the circuit there will be big car displays, vintage music, an artisan market and much more entertainment!

The 2023 Oulton Park Exhibition opened last night and is a available to view free to all Gold Cup ticket holders today and tomorrow 🏆 The exhibition includes work from local artists and photographers, whilst a specially commissioned piece by Steve Jones can be exclusively seen this weekend before moving to its permanent home with the Jim Clark Trust in Scotland. The exhibition also includes a Lotus 25 and Lotus Cortina, as raced by 1962 and ‘63 Gold Cup winner Jim Clark 🏁

Our Story

Oulton Park's signature historic event returns on its traditional August Bank Holiday weekend date this year (29th-31st), with an astonishing line-up of racing from the Historic Sports Car Club. Last year's programme included everything from '60s Grand Prix cars, to powerful '70s single-seaters, and stunning '90s touring cars.
