What a wonderful wedding and such a pleasure to be asked to provide the cheese wedding tower for Nicky & Graham. Such a special day and an extremely special way to re-launch Butterscotch Catering after too long a break!

Sadly, I have had to close Butterscotch at The Holly Tearooms after 9 months due to a disagreement with the owners which made my position untenable.
However, I may have secured another venue locally so watch this space for further exciting news.

I now have my very own venue for Butterscotch! Opening on the weekend of 19th/20th/21st October. Please come and see us at Butterscotch at The Holly Tearooms, near Dorking, RH5 4NG, and enjoy a tea/coffee and a lovely slice of homemade cake.

So...the cheese course at my last Supper Club evening - CORNISH JACK CHEESE TART - a thyme infused pastry case filled with a silky smooth cheese fondue, topped with pickled celery, celery jelly, candied walnuts and lemon thyme leaves. The recipe Kindly given to me by Nathan Outlaw himself! Went down extremely well on the evening.
