Beautiful cake for a lovely couple yesterday. The colours they had chosen were beautiful and the quality of the flowers from were superb. Loving the new carpet in the ballroom ! The cake was gluten free, flavours of chocolate, lemon and vanilla. With 6 dairy and soy free cupcakes. I hope you both had a fabulous day.

Super cute cupcakes for a birthday! I have been tweaking my recipe and they are even lighter and more moist! This order included red velvet with cream cheese frosting, vanilla with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream and chocolate with chocolate buttercream!

Amazing meal and perfect matching wine flight tonight . The food was so incredible that I forgot to take pictures and throughly enjoyed the evening. Fantastic food, perfectly matched wines, attentive and wonderful staff with a relaxed atmosphere. A massive thank you to Nick, Tristan and the team at the Buxted Inn. Can’t wait for the next one!

Beautiful 10” pale blue lemon cake for a vow renewal at the stunning . It works beautifully in the gorgeous Blue Room, one of my favourite rooms at the hotel. Many congratulations to the lovely couple who originally married at the hotel in the 1990’s and came back to renew their vows yesterday. Wishing you both many more years of fabulous married life.

Fridays beautiful cupcake tower for Tom and Imogen .
