How true is this quote 🩷

Over the last 2.5 years of owning our little business we have grown, expanded and kept up with the trends of the industry, we now offer hoops, glitter walls, square frames, personalised easels and our fantastic birthday stacks and bouquets.

We are one of the few in the area that offers helium and have kept our prices to a minimum for our customers despite our costs rising hugely.

We are flexible with our collection/delivery times, our earliest collection has been 6.15am and the latest so far has been 10.45pm 🤣 we can do this because we are home based 💜

We have been so flexible with our payments, we don’t ask for deposits, we only ask for payment on the day and we have a good, strong client base.

Unfortunately this week we have had orders not collected, we have had people order, confirm then not respond and very last minute cancellations with no response when told they are ready 🙁

We really don’t want to have to change how we work and we completely understand when things in life happen but each order that isn’t collected is our money, money we have paid out to fulfil the orders. Our time that is taken away from children and grand children and balloons wasted.

I will be introducing a cancellation policy and unfortunately we are going to review the current no deposit system we currently have.

I hate a moan, we love our little business and all the events we have the pleasure of being a part of but we also can’t continue to have our business treat like this.

Here’s a reminder of our top tips to best care for your balloons 🥰

🎈Ballons are best kept at room temperature they inflate in heat and deflate in the cold (which is nerve wracking 😂) for collections in colder months we suggest a warm car and for any deliveries we will always knock first before taking your order out of our car. For summer months, we suggest a cool car, we also recommend you have your seats down for larger orders.

🎈If balloons are given to you in a bag, please take them out straight away to enable them to float.

🎈Although our latex heliums usually last a couple of days we do only guarantee them for 15 hours (which is why we like evening collections/drop offs for groups or ceiling balloons for any events taking place the following day)

🎈We blow all our balloons up in advance to allow for discrepancies or damaged balloons to be noticed, we also always photograph your orders before they leave the door.

🎈Once you collect or we deliver they are out of our care and although we will endeavour to fix/amend any issues this can’t be guaranteed, if you ever do encounter an issue we are only a phone call away, however, we need to know at the time🥰
