Hi All, we have been terrible at posting recently. So here’s me and Mr Petals & Pearls 😂😂😂

Things I really wanted on our wedding day:
2666 oragami birds hanging from the ceiling
An outdoor ceremony
A confetti shot

Did we get any of those, did we balls (we don’t discuss the birds) but once I walked down that aisle did I care, not one little bit! I had the best day celebrating Ben and mines love for each other with our nearest and dearest that I didn’t think about all those tiny details I thought about for months before!

So I’m here to say if your in the run up to your wedding try not to stress because it is literally the best day ever!

Ps - normal posting will resume now and I have some beauties to share!

Getting Married Abroad, yes this does make it challenging to preserve your flowers however this can still be done!

Firstly, you need to check can you bring flowers back into the UK from your destination wedding. If you go to you can check this https://www.gov.uk/bringing-plants-and-wood-into-great-britain

We can offer advice on how to bring these home as they need to be on you as hand luggage due to the delicate nature.

When you land, we recommend coming straight to our studio in Wigan to drop these off. Sadly, due to the amount of time that has usually passed from your wedding date to the date you land, along with the plane journey and your flowers not being in water, we would never recommend posting your flowers to us when you arrive back in the UK.

Nominate a family member to look after and bring your flowers home if you are staying for a honeymoon.

We would always recommend after your wedding snipping your flowers stems, popping them in water and keeping them in a fridge for the remainder of your time away. If you do not have a fridge to keep these in whilst we can try to keep your flowers alive it might not always be possible.
