BL ROOM HIRE COSTS & TERMS OF HIRE

With effect from 13 January 2023

Bookings (including set up time)

up to 4 hours £70

Up to 6 hours £100

6-10 hours £150

Any additional hours over 10 hours will be charged at £15 per hour

TERMS OF THE ROOM HIRE. THE ROOM HIRE FEE (NON REFUNDABLE) MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO SECURE THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT ON OUR CALENDAR ALL DRINKS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE BAR – INC SOFT DRINKS
THE £50 RETURNABLE DEPOSIT NEEDS TO BE PAID IN CASH 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND PROVIDED THE ROOM IS LEFT IN A REASONABLE STATE – DOES NOT REQUIRE EXCESSIVE CLEANING AND NO DAMAGE HAS OCCOURED – WILL BE REFUNDED NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS AFTER THE EVENT ENDS

UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED NO DATE IS CONFIRMED AND CAN BE BOOKED BY OTHER PARTIES. In the event of ANY damages the EVENT ORGANISER will be held responsible and liable for any cost incurred

NO DRINKS CAN BE SUPPLIED BY PARTIES AT ALL THEY ALL NEED TO BE PURCHASED FROM THE BAR INCLUDING SOFT DRINKS - thank you

Any underage drinking or minors turning up intoxicated or people bringing their own alcohol into the premises will result in the party bring closed down immediately so we please need to ensure that these terms are agreed and enforced

Young Children’s party’s must finish by 3pm on Saturdays to allow for the room to be cleaned and used on the evening please
