‘We used WBS for our wedding at Avington Park for over 100 people and they were absolutely fantastic! Planning was so easy - Stuart was incredibly accommodating & very responsive.

On the day itself the bar looked lovely, we had a last minute change of reception location due to weather, but they were so flexible.

They did his and hers cocktails as well as the bar for the evening, the team was so friendly and Greg makes a wonderful passionfruit margarita and dark & stormy! 100% would recommend to anyone who is in need of bar services.

This is what I love about summer.. the craziest 6 weeks of ******erbarservices…

Personal highlights from this period, was providing the bar (an event that I’ve been trying to get into for 7 years) and our first wedding bar at the prestigious .hampshire a Grade I, 16th century English country house set in 150 acres of historic parkland – stunning is an understatement.

Huge thanks to all the teams, you’ve worked incredibly hard during the busiest period in our history. Particular mentions & who continue to go above and beyond, offering outstanding event management at each and every ******erbarservices event. Thank you thank you!

Now for two days of getting the warehouse back into order & prepping for the next run of events, but first, a very well-earned weekend-off for all.

Last weekend was an early summer highlight for us near Rowlands Castle on the Hampshire / Sussex border.

Set over three days, The Garden Show featured specialist growers, garden related goods, artisan designs, homeware products, fashion accessories & delicious country foods & us!

There were talks, demonstrations, activities for young & old, expert advice & a variety of music & entertainment.

After watching the appalling video on of the misinformed woman giving the assistant manager in a hard time I wanted to post our policy on cash.

Banks are closing and fees are increasing so it makes no business sense to continue to take cash.

I would also like to mention the calm and professional manner in which the bartender handled the situation. If when her time working at the Old Vine comes to an end she can have a job with me anytime 👊

We are this weekend and these are our self destructing cups...

This is the second season we are using them and love the idea that if they're not recycled they will just decompose, returning back to nature leaving no micro plastics or toxins behind.

Reusable plastic cups are great in the right setting but we have found that at large scale public events, cups that people have paid £1 for are not taken home they are often just thrown into the bin and unfortunately these do not break down quickly.

We don't claim to be experts on going green but these cups seem like a great alternative.

We mixed 100 CAIPIRINHA cocktails as a ‘welcome-to-the-party’ wedding drinks.

Want to make this cocktail? Here’s how….

Ingredients
🍋‍🟩 LIMES chopped into wedges, plus extra lime wedges to serve
🍯 GOLDEN caster sugar
🍸 CACHACA a distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice
🧊 ICE

Instructions
🍋‍🟩 Combine lime wedges with the sugar, use a press to squeeze the limes, releasing as much juice from the wedges as possible, mix with the sugar to create a syrup. Discard the peels.
🍸 Divide the syrup & cachaça into glasses, top with crushed ice. Serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!
