Good Morning to all our previous and future customers!

Just an update on where we are with Smiley Mascots - We have now sold all our mascots and equipment - however, we did keep our Easter Bunny and Christmas Elf Mascots.

So exciting news, you will still be able to book us for those 2 mascots only as we have decided to continue doing seasonal events - this means you get the same 5* fantastic service has you previously have.

From the end of this week our diary will be open for bookings for Easter Bunny and adverts will be put out soon.

We just want to appologise to our customers today for the bookings we have had to cancel.

Our team attended to an old gentleman who had collapsed in the road and had to perform CPR, they did everything they could do but unfortunately we have just had the news and the gentleman has passed away.

Again we can only appologie for cancelling the bookings.

We get many customers who book with us more than once and today we visited Isla-Rose again and what a fantastic time we had.

Isla's mum has kindly sent over some pictures and a short video for us to share on our Social Media. 🥰

‼ CANCELLATIONS AVAILABLE ‼

We have had a couple of booking slots come available between 10.00am and 12.30pm, this Saturday 2nd July 2022.

We also have availability between 18:30pm and 7pm this Saturday 2nd July 2022.

Our team are experiencing a little bit of a delay today due to an incident on the M60.

We may arrive slightly later than planned due to this, we will cotact customers with bookings today, privately.

‼️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ‼️

We have had yet another customer who did not have the funds to pay when the mascot visit ended and promised to transfer to our bank.

We like to trust our customer and this particular customer will not pick up the phone when called, after numerous emails, phone calls and text messages we have had no payment and no response.

We have no option but to issue a claim to court against this customer for the outstanding balance.

Due to this we ask that all customers now make payment to a member of our team before the visit commences, this can be made by Cash, Card or Bank Transfer.

If you do not have the means to pay the mascot visit will not go ahead, we are sorry we have had to do this but unfortunately we have no other option.

We had probably the busiest weekend this weekend since opening Smiley Mascots 1 year ago.

We attended 25 Events this weekend and what a fantastic weekend it was!
