We are hiring!

R E Adventures (REA) provides exhilaration, entertainment and learning in an outdoor environment for children ages 6 to 12+ years. REA currently offers; Nerf Adventure Parties, Multi-activity Day Camps, School Enrichment Day Sessions, Team Building, Expeditions in the UK and abroad and Bush craft.
REA mission statement is to bring excitement, education, positive fun and huge smiles to our guests through constructive, safe and well organised outdoor adventure activities.

HQ location: Sutton Green Garden Centre, Whitmoor Lane, Woking, GU4 7QB.

The main responsibility of an Activity Instructor is to run a safe and enjoyable activity session. They will;

· Prepare for the activity – gather information about the participants and resources for the activity, prepare the relevant activity areas

· Deliver the activity – brief guests, maintain safety, provide on-going instruction and encouragement

· Meet the activity outcome – support guests to achieve an outcome (such as new skills/knowledge, thrill seeking, personal or team challenge)

· Close the activity – hand-over guests, return resources and equipment, log any issues

· Guiding and answering customer queries where appropriate

Personal Qualities

Outgoing, approcachable, well presented, friendly, committed, enthusiastic, independent, fit and keen to learn
An interest in outdoor activities
Desirable

Driving license and own transport
We are looking for 2 candidates to be permanent Saturday or Sunday staff members OR permanent for the full weekend.

As we enter the final week of Summer holidays we would like to thank everyone who attended and supported us this Summer. It has been a blast with lots of fun & worn out children (let alone the staff!).

Our final week of camp is fully booked but in a few weeks time we will release our October Half Term spaces.
