I created a banger of a buffet for the family for Diwali.

Finger Sandwiches

Garlic, Coriander, Chilli & Cheese Swirls
4 hours sleep, 16 hours of prep & cooking, not forgetting the 2 hours it took to create the menu!
Again, English fodder with a quirky Indian twist! #loveit
It was absolutely worth it, just watching everyone eating & complimenting my food gave me such a buzz!
I absolutely smashed it! Can't wait tondo it all again!
