Not long to go till we can do Pimms o’clock in the field again!
Seems like too long since I’ve held my gun never mind spent a great day in the field blasting clays with friends and enjoying the sunshine!

Whatever your Monday checklist might be...don’t forget to think about outsourcing to a VA!

You may well be thinking ‘why would I pay someone to do the jobs I can do myself for free?’

But are you doing them? And if you are doing the small, time consuming tasks, who is taking care of the bigger tasks that are driving your business forward?

Having a can-do attitude is brilliant but by doing EVERYTHING all the time you are only leading yourself towards low productivity and eventually burnout!

If you freed up the time you spent on fiddly time consuming tasks, would you be making more money and have more time freedom? (YES! Is the correct answer!)

When it comes to taking back your own time, delegating the non-essentials can actually be essential.

Think about it: the more time you spend on the smaller things, the more sight you lose on the bigger picture for your company.

Growth in your business means you should turn your attention from the small things -- but don’t count them out as meaningless or non-important to your company!

So here’s the takeaway: Delegate those small things, focus on everything else!

So we’ve all survived the longest month of the year! 🥳 It’s not something I usually pay much attention to as time really just flies past for me! - those of you that did Dry January would have felt the drag a bit more 😆
Now that we are in a bit of a rhythm for 2021, what are your goals?
Where do you see yourself by the end of this month?
What do you want to have achieved?

Having a goal daily, weekly or monthly (whatever works for you!) is important because it gives you a purpose, a sense of achievement and the motivation to push a bit more!
Even if it’s just a daily list of chores that need done, it’s still an achievement 💪🏻

Remember even if things go a bit Pete Tong in the middle it doesn’t change the ultimate outcome, and if you’re struggling with the little things holding you back from getting on with the bigger things, that’s where I can help 🙋🏻‍♀️
