Construction Phase 2 Complete!
Big milestone! The floor finish is almost dine (a bit shiny still), the walls and ceiling, the aircon, doors, sound insulation, kitchen, bathroom and all wiring is finished.

What’s still missing is the sound/video equipment installation, lights are going to be installed this week. The speakers are expected in the 1st week of November.

Construction Phase 1 Complete
Walls, sound insulation, floor, ceiling, aircon, sprinklers, trunking is done. Now comes wiring, lights, final touches in the kitchen and bathroom as well as the balcony glass. We are facing more delays for the speakers and projector mount until beginning of November but should be able to open before that.
