Scarlett's Catering & Delights would like to thank you for your support since our launch a few months ago and thank you to those who have placed orders and allowed us to cater for your needs.

As we have filled our available dates for the remainder of December in between a hotel contract we are currently undertaking we will now concentrate of delivering our festive service to our own customers and within the hotel.

We would therefore like to wish you all, along with your family and freinds a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Scarlett's Catering & Delights are delighted to share a few snaps of our recent festive buffet freshley prepared for a staff gathering for a commercial cleaning company in Sheffield.

Fully prepared on the day and delivered in time for the evening event. Our Buffets are delivered with allergen and dietary information and cater fully to your needs.

Our recent Bespoke Menu booking & delivery were Italian themed sharing platters for 12 and to compliment this a hot dish of freshly prepared Seafood Rissotto. Freshly made and delivered to a family gathering in Rotherham S62.

Our ingredients for all of our menus are sourced and handpicked locally and where possible freshly created and homemade.

This seafood risotto contained some carefully selected ingredients:

*Fresh King Prawns
*Fresh Langoustine
*Freshly Prepared Squid Rings
*Fresh Mussels
*Fresh Lemon
*Homemade Garlic Puree
*Spanish White Rioja
*Slowly Simmered Fresh Fish Stock
*Seaherbs

The end result, the fresh taste of the prepared seafood and the smells of the Mediterranean.

We are busy during December with our festive menus but do still have some limited availability in December.
