Good Morning Everyone... And Happy Friday!!!

So after a little hiatus, I am officially back up and running!!

I will no longer be running the Home Dining option unfortunately, although it had a great response, it is just not practical along with my day to day job.

My books however, are now open to cater for parties, events ect, and I can offer a "taster" for any bookings made.

Few summer days have been taken up, but I have loads of availability.

Please have a browse at the extensive menu available, any questions. Just let me know!!

I will be taking a break from the Home Dining option for the next 2 weekends.. Mother's Day this weekend, and a big milestone for me and my lovely hubby the weekend after ❤️

Caribbean Food is not something we can get very easily in Derry, so I am beyond happy to be bringing the goods 👌

Butter Chicken

This is one of my all time faves!!

This Indian Curry has many versions dependant on regions. But I have tweaked a few different ones until settling on this, my fave.

Like Korma, this has Cashews and fried onions, blended to a puree, but instead is added along with tomatoes for its base.

Flavoured with all the usual staples to create that curry flavour such as, cardamoms, cloves, cumin, garam masala and others of course, it gets an extra hit of creaminess with butter and a little bit of heavy cream!

Chicken pieces are marinaded over night with a mix of ingredients including yoghurt and garam masala, then they are grilled off to give a slight char to the flavour, then added into the sauce to finish the dish.

If you have never tried it before, it is a MUST!!

Chicken Korma

This mild Indian Curry is filled with fragrent spices and herbs, making it a firm favourite everywhere.

The base of this delishious dish is comprised of onions fried till golden in ghee, cardamoms, cashews and almonds. Blended with coconut milk to make a flavoursome puree.

Other spices such as cloves and cinnamon give a subtle heat without being over powering or too spicy👌

Of course it contains a lot of other bits here and there aswell. A little bit extra effort is needed in the prep for this dish, but its all worth it once all that goodness hits the taste buds.

A real crowd pleaser this one.

Ain't no thang, like a chicken waaaaang!!

BUFFALO WINGS

These crunch spicy wings, flavoured with Frank's Hot Sauce are always a winner!!

They are sure to pack a punch and I'd give them 🌶🌶🌶🌶 on the spice scale!

After many years of cooking wings, I have perfected them with the right level of crunch on the outside, but still juicy on the inside.

Fire Cracker

Containing ingredients such as honey, soy sauce, fresh chillis and garlic, this dish contains sweet, spicy and umami flavours. Sure to pack a punch 🌶🌶

This is a household favourite of ours and is available to add to your catering package as well as Home Dining during Asian Inspired Week!!

Spice level can be adjusted to suit.

Proteins can include, Minced Beef, Chicken, Prawns and Steak Slices.

Packages will be priced per head, and will be dependent on the choice of dish/dishes and what protein is requested.

As you can appreciate, some of these dishes require a lot of time and attention, so it is impossible for me to present "packages" as such.

I will work around you, and your affordability and try my best to accommodate you where possible
