We're looking for a relief member of staff to cover for holidays, appointments and in the event someone on the team is unwell. Due to ratios of 12:1, and having a number of pick ups through the day, we always need to be over ratio.
The perfect candidate would love working with kids, be patient, friendly and kind. It would be ideal if they can work off their own iniative, and jump in to help out when needed, doing various tasks. They would need to be flexible and able to come in at short notice. The hours would be varied and there may be weeks with no hours at all.
We are a fun, friendly and creative After School. We aim to provide a home away from home environment where parents know their kids are well looked after and kept safe.
If you feel you would fit this role, you are available to work weekday afternoons at short notice, and are looking for a few hours here and there, then you should get in touch.
The sucessful candidate will be Vetted, receive relevant training, and must have 2 confirmed references before commencing.

Another week of Fun under our belt! 💖 We learned all about our favourite things, line drawing, self portraits, silhouettes, made our own little paper village, we visited the Sensory garden and Puddinhill, where we had so much fun!! Looking forward to another few weeks of fun!! 💖🥰👍☀️🤗😁

What a lovely surprise from one of my sweet Summer School kids. I love what I do, and try my best to come up with fun and creative activities, so when I get thanks like this, it's just an amazing feeling. Knowing that it is making a positive impact on kid's Summer holidays from school, is great! 🥰

What an amazing 2nd week of Summer School. I can't even fit all the photos that capture all the activities and fun we had. It was a farm/animal theme this week, and we visited Clonfert too.
Next week is castles and construction.....so we'll see if we have any budding engineers! We'll be covering fairy tales, history, building and of course lots of creativity!! Plus fun challenges, puzzles and lots of fun! 😁

Summer School is almost finished week 2, and it's been filled with fun, creativity, laughs and learning new things!

We have spaces:
*15th-19th July
*22nd-26th July
*29th July-2nd Aug
*19th-23rd Aug

6th-9th Aug and 12th-16th Aug, only have 2 spaces left.

We keep numbers lower so kids get more attention. Lots of Crafts and activities, with different themes each week.

Day 1 Week 1 of Jiggle 'n' Jump Summer School!

We had great fun using objects to create a textured underwater background for our wonderful Jellyfish, we had some hide & seek fun in the Sensory garden, we made some whacky play doh creatures and had lots of laughs with friends!! 🥰🐙🎨

Do you have a child or a younger sibling starting in St. Mary's this year?
Sibling Club is a fantastic service where we pick up your child from their class at 1.50pm, and safely walk them around the corner to our amazing After School space.
We have a brilliant fun play area with all kinds of toys and play kitchen area, there is lots of lego, so many board and card games, and various Art & Craft activities to explore and be creative.
All staff are Garda vetted, we are fully insured, TUSLA registered, and accept NCS.
There are a number of spaces available till 2.50pm, and if you already have a child attending 1st class up, this service eliminates the need for 2 pick ups!!

Fulltime After School 3pm to 5.30pm fully booked (although still a couple of spaces Mondays & Wednesdays and 1 space left on Friday)

Also running Summer School 9.30am till 2.30pm with option till 5.30pm. (Week 8th-12th July already fully booked to 2.30pm) NCS available if 3 or more weeks booked

Easter Camp for school age kids!!

Would you be interested in a few hours work on a couple of afternoons a week? Are you looking to get back into the workforce, love working with kids, but you aren't available for fulltime regular hours?
We have a couple of staff members due to take some leave, and need relief staff to cover a couple of our busier days and any holidays, or sick cover that comes up. This is only a temporary, part time position for now, to cover while a couple of staff are on leave, so we are unable to provide exact hours/days. The hours may vary (any amount beween 1pm up to 5.30pm) and days needed may change, so it does require a certain amount of flexibility.

Morning School Drop is available for kids attending St. Mary's and St. Michael's. Drop from 8am and they can play games, colour in and have fun with friends till 9am when they are dropped to the school gate. €30 a week.
Your kids do not need to attend After School Club to join the morning club!

Unfortunately, my plan to continue my Jiggle Juniors Music & Movement class on a Tuesday is not to be. Insurance costs are ridiculous, more than half what I paid for 5 days a week, a similar cost to what I had to pay for my entire business (Play Cafe, After School, Classes & Parties) when I started back in 2019.
I will miss all my little jigglers and their parents, and am so sorry to be finishing up a class that brought me so much joy.
Thanks to everyone who came along with their kiddos. 💖🥰😘

Last class with be next Tuesday the 19th December, and I'm hoping to see my regulars in for a shake and jump about, and to say farewell. 😪💔👋
