It was a beautiful evening the 27th of March, 2021.

A starry night with a gentle breeze.

Soft notes of Richard Clayderman wafted the air.

A close group of family n friends waited with bated breath.

She walked in, her arm locked with her husband's.

And the crowd erupted with joy.

Pandemonium broke out as everyone rushed towards her.

She looked bewildered as she was not expecting anyone.

But soon that look melted as everyone hugged her.

'Happy Gold' .. 'Happy 50' .. 'Happy Bday' ..
rented the air 🥂

And I stood in one corner and just soaked in the pair ❤️

A beautiful moment ... indeed.

Stage decor is always at the heart of designing a wedding. A definite sleight of hand rule is to make sure that the stage ties in perfectly with the theme and rest of the decor for the event. It helps to use similar flowers, colour palette and even props to tie in the whole venue together!

How do you feel about this tree we created for a lovely cocktail party to kickstart the wedding celebrations for a couple very close to our hearts! Also notice our clever play with the lighting to achieve the cocktail feel rather than using the regular warm coloured lights. It's the small things that make a huge difference!

This was a dream wedding.
Spread over 5 days and 6 functions, and varied themes for each event, it was a delight for sure.
Last minute requests by the client were agreed to with a smile.
And the resulting adrenaline rush were a pure high.
Our Team put up a commendable show and the review by the client (shared below) was the ultimate prized validation.

I met a lot of wedding planners and just never found the right fit, but when I met the Team of Ethereal Celebration Management I was happy that we found Professionals to manage our wedding.

We had six functions and we never had to check on them, our decor was exactly what we had agreed to and they kept their promise of giving us the halls on time.

A member of their team is always available on site and their staff is commendable and quick.

It rained on my wedding and the mantap was on the terrace. They so sweetly twice put up my mantap and dried the carpets cause I really wanted to get married in an open air space!

Nandini, Pranjal and Riddhi are sweethearts; they constantly and patiently heard my 1000 queries and trust me I had no reason to worry!

The key to designing the decoration for a house wedding is to be able to enhance the pre existing features of the house. This gives the area a festive look while not taking from the homely feel.

Weddings like these where we spend months with the family and they become friends more than clients at the end are great experiences for us as wedding planners.

Jyoti gave us a free hand on most things from the decorations to the menu planning and we got as creative as we could to achieve her minimalist and simple style.

Organising Neha's wedding celebrations was an absolute pleasure. The day after their wedding ceremony Neha and Abhishek threw a brunch party where everyone could let their hair down and have a great time - without having to worry about getting ready for the next event. We wanted to give Varsha a traditional yet elegant backdrop for her baby shower while also ensuring it didn't resemble a wedding reception.

We always keep in mind when the decor for an event needs to be understated. It was lovely bringing to life this minimalistic design.

The lighting plays a very important role at an outdoor venue. For this wedding reception we chose to play with fairy lights which we strung across the trees that were on the periphery of the lawns. This provided a perfect balance of lighting which was neither too bright nor too dark. We also added paper bags with candles which were placed along the entrance pathway. These were completely eco friendly and also a great aesthetic element!

"Exclusive Events, Priceless Memories!"

It was a pleasure and an honour for us to work for the Spanish Government.

We were instrumental in putting the whole event together including the creatives and the prints, the stage production and the audio-visual, the lighting and the backup, the hostess, photographers and more.
A proud moment as the event was seamless and the client's appreciation at the end said it all 😊

For those uninitiated, Basque Country is a Province in the North part of Spain. Basque Country (Euskadi) is an autonomous community in northern Spain with strong cultural traditions, a celebrated cuisine and a distinct language that pre-dates the Romance languages. The vibrant riverside city of Bilbao is a hub of architecture and design, where gritty factories and shipyards give way to cutting-edge landmarks such as the titanium-clad Guggenheim Museum along a revitalized waterfront.
