Employees at BMC Software made their own mosaic candle holders as an easy DIY project that invited them to express their creativity.They gathered different kinds of mosaic tiles to design their very personal mosaic pattern and applying adhesive. After the designing, they grouted the same to bring it all together. They wiped off the excess grout and let it dry and voila, the candle holder was ready. Creating a thriving plant ecosystem in a glass bowl without having to necessarily begin extensive gardening has helped young employees take baby steps in gardening. A terrarium workshop is like a fun gardening class where you can learn to create your own self-contained garden inside a glass container. You get to arrange tiny succulents with specific layers of soil, rocks, and other decorative elements to make a small, beautiful world of nature that you can keep on your desk or at home.Employees discovered the mini-world of greenery at the Terrarium Workshop held at Google! 🌿🏞️

Employees got their hands dirty and crafted beautiful pottery at our Pottery Workshop held at Google! 🏺✨ They learned to make things out of clay in a fun and creative class. They got to shape and mold the clay into different objects like pots, cups, and sculptures. It was a hands-on experience where they unleashed their artistic side and created their own unique pottery pieces.It was a day about creative journey into the world of ceramics.

Kokedama workshop conducted at CGI in ChennaiA Kokedama workshop is basically a hands-on event where people learn how to create and care for Kokedama plants. Now, what's a Kokedama? It's a cool Japanese gardening technique where you take a plant, remove its pot, wrap its roots in a ball of soil, and cover it in moss. So, in this Kokedama workshop, they were taught how to make these unique moss-covered plant balls, and also how to keep them healthy and happy. It's a fun way to get your hands dirty and make some cool, living art for your home! 🌿🌱

Kids had the most fun working on surreal art. With their dreamlike and uncanny imagery depicting mysterious animals and their environment, they looked at every object from a different eye. For eg - Inspired by 'The melting clock' of Salvador Dali, they looked at objects around them in different forms and shapes including the elephant and the fish and much more. We did a series of oil pastel landscapes with our intermediate batches of kids from 7 to 10 years old. Landscapes can be a fantastic subject for experimenting with oil pastels due to their rich colors and diverse textures. Using both heavy-pressure and light-pressure blending, students were able to create fantastic artworks. It was wonderful to see kids exploring various blending techniques with the versatile medium. There is so much that one can do with various oil pastel techniques. Witness the awe inspiring spectacle as these budding artists effortlessly merge colors giving birth to gradients and captivating masterpieces.
