Graduated to the Gram. Putting out Beef Vindaloo (Anglo Indian style) for this week. Wake up your taste buds with a slightly spicy and slightly tangy dish. Goes really well with dosa, plain rice, pav, etc and some chopped onions on the side. Delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Hello my beautiful people. How are you doing? Hope you are safe and healthy?
Its been a while for Anglo Banglo. No cooking took place because at the start of this year I had a prolapse disk and got positive for Corona, double whammy. But now I am back, fighting fit. I want to thank all of you for your love and prayers. For keeping in touch and checking on me during my down time. It ment so much to me. Thank you to my new friends on Facebook, you guys are amazing.
Anglo Banglo is back. The kitchen is open. We are kicking it off with one of my favourite dishes, Pork. August is the month of Pork and the following month will be something else. Every month there will be dishes made out of one meat. So stayed tuned.
