Chef Vidhu has a professional experience of 10 years in the culinary field. Before starting her catering company, she was working with the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in world renowned hotels and restaurants like Travertino and The Oberoi Patisserie & Delicattessen at The Oberoi, New Delhi, Second in command at the Wildflower Hall, Sous Chef at Trident Gurgaon and Executive Chef for 3 years at The Oberoi, Vanyavilas, Ranthambhore. Food & eating is our Chef’s biggest passion and she loves to create dynamic culinary experiences. Her forte lies in Western cuisine and she loves cooking regional Indian and Pan Asian as well. Her team of Chefs are a fun, talented and professional lot of foodies who are committed to give world class gourmet experiences.
