Hi Friends,
Due to some technical issues,Chak De Restaurant, Edappally will be shifting its premises to the Oberon Mall Food Circle. As part of the shifting process,, the restaurant will be closed from July 21.
We will be opening at the Oberon Food Circle on July 28. Along with our regular menu we will also have our festival specials like chaats and sizzlers. Home delivery and other office catering services will also be continued from the new location

How about spicy, chilled buttermilk to quench the Summer Heat. We will share a simple recipe here, hoping that you will share a rather creative and tasty one. Post your Buttermilk recipe here.

Ingredients
3 glasses of plain buttermilk
1 table spoon of finely chopped Mint leaves
1 table spoon of finely chopped Coriander leaves
1 table spoon of finely chopped Lemon leaves
1 tea spoon of finely chopped Green chilies
1/2 table spoon fresh ginger juice

Salt to taste.

Blend the buttermilk and add the ingredients. Serve it cold.
