With a career spanning decades, he has garnered acclaim for his mastery of Western and North Indian classical music, as well as his prowess in jazz. As Founder of 12 Keys and Music Director of AMPM Kolkata, he has shaped the next generation of musicians. Pradyumna has graced renowned stages globally, including the Panama Jazz Festival and the NCPA Jazz Festival, and has collaborated with luminaries such as Grammy winner Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt and tap dancer Jason Samuel Smith. His relentless pursuit of musical excellence has solidified his place as a distinguished figure in the international music scene.

Dipika Pandey is a Latin dancer and instructor in India. With an impressive 10 years of training under her belt, she has been trained in Salsa on 1, with her true expertise lying in Mambo/ NY style of salsa: Salsa on 2.
She trains and performs other dance forms and Kalaripayattu (an Indian martial art form) as well.
Over the past decade she has studied under some of the best national and international trainers and instructors and has garnered the best they have to offer.

Having won social dancer of the year award at L*D festival twice in a row, she has performed hundreds of shows across India over the past decade.

I remember how it all started!
2015 if im not mistaken
Wanting to take Salsa to everyone
Wanted to make it accessible
Wanted to show people what it actually is

How you can dance Salsa with a friend or a family member or anyone for that matter!

The motivation was helped by Mudar Patherya sir - who helped me figure out teaching Salsa in the Lakes - Rabindor Sarobar as a part of Live in Lakes - An amazing movement to instill culture in our lakes. I was and forever will be grateful for the opportunity

I had participants across all ages
I had participants across all background
I had participants across all income groups
It was amazingly challenging -

But it was so great - how DANCE jus unified everyone -
Put everyone on the same platform irrespective of ANYTHING whatsoever! It was such a beautiful sight to see!

Well we did this every SUNDAY
No matter what happens
From the hard sunlight to the cold December morning or the heavy monsoon rainfull!

Every week - Every Sunday - 7am! This was the schedule for yearssssssssssssss!

They came the stupid pandemic - It stopped
And now we are trying our hardest to restart!

I cannot believe that this week is the 8th Anniversary of SALSA IN THE LAKES - Proud to say that this I have no seen / happen / heard of ANYWHERE in the world - and this consistently for this long! I love my art, i love what i do and I want to share it with as many as possible

Sorry but not sorry for this long post - trust me if can be longer!
