Nikkan is specially for constructing a path between classical dance and rabindrik dance.Troupe started with only 2 members and now it is a small troupe of 15 members. The Founder and the Director of the Troupe Miss Oindrila Bandyopadhyay launched her troupe on 19th May 2012 at Gyan Manch. Troupe's first production Tagore's Chandalika held on that day. As the two-membered Nikkan family formed on

November 2011 so the 1st Annual Programme held on 9th November2012 at Ashutosh Hall. Nikkan's Production on 9th November was "AJI E ANANDASANDHYA" & ."ANANDASANDHYA" was totally the thought and creation of Miss Bandyopadhyay based on classical based dances and rabindrik dances.
