Collaborations are always great experiences, especially when all teams come together in sync and harmony like it was pre ordained (Trust us this does not always happen)

We had the best time curating this lunch experience with the extremely talented the food was incredible… who assisted Chef Marina so effectively… it was difficult to believe they were working in the kitchen together for the first time…
The table looked stunning and we have the amazing to thank for that who always translates our vision so beautifully… and last but most importantly the most gracious host who not only gave us complete creative freedom but inspired the entire set up and had complete faith in us You made this lunch such a fun and gratifying experience for us … thank you so much 😊

Fatteh is a Levantine dish - and is traditionally toasted pita topped with tangy yogurt and chickpeas.

Ours is more like a Loaded Pita Bowl, and Comes as a DIY box, that can be easily assembled.

Lay out the pita in a shallow bowl, top with mezze, chickpeas, toasted almonds, pomegranate, crispy kale and crumbled spinach falafel or lamb kebab.

This dish is a celebration of classical flavors, easy and quick to assemble and makes a perfect sharing platter.

If you enjoy a good flat bread ... we suggest trying the Pide on our menu.
Pide is a Turkish flat bread and is classically made with cheese or cheese and meat.
