On the 21st of Septmber, 12 pm onwards we are hosting yet another stimulating #SocialSpeakeasy. This one is focused on building an ability to bounce back from all the curveballs that life throws at you.
Pallavi Srivastava is a therapist with 7 years of experience in the field of #MentalHealth and #Wellbeing. She follows a solution oriented multidisciplinary approach to wellbeing using tools from across mental health domains like positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (#CBT), clinical #hypnotherapy and #mindfulness.
After working with over 500 clients, 50 schools and conducting several workshops with corporates & professionals in the #Delhi #NCR region, she brings this workshop to Antisocial on teh 21st. Check out what she has to say about building resilience in a metro city like Delhi.
