Prainha cannot be anything but romantic, with swaying palms, the endless ocean and the warm

red rocks of Dona Paula holding Prainha and the little beach she is named after, within their protective embrace. You can swim in the sea, or in the pool, and when you need to eat or quench your thirst, step into our Beachcomber restaurant and enjoy delicious sea-food, traditional Goan, Continental food, Indian cuisine and Chinese fare too.

Our Story

Tropical seaside getaway Back in the 1960’s a little whitewashed cottage surrounded by coconut groves and the shimmering ocean was made into today's Praiñha Resort by the Sea.🌴

Prainha Resort is a gorgeous 45 room resort in Dona Paula, Goa. “Praiñha” means little beach in Portuguese and a name well suited because it is situated on a cosy secluded beach.
