The tart has a crumbly chocolate sweet pastry filled with a Belgian Dark Chocolate Ganache, a layer of Almond Praline and lastly topped with a Coffee Cremeux.
We love desserts with different textures. This was customised for a person who loves Dark Chocolate and Coffee. 🥳

We made these beautiful soft and fluffy brioche doughnuts for our Charity Bake Sale. They turned out to be a hit.
We filled the Doughnuts with Classic Vanilla Custard and Chocolate Custard. They're rich buttery and soo light with that perfect ring to it😍
Planning to make them again as we've got too many people wanting to reorder these!!!

Offcourse you can make gourmet sandwiches with these bagels too! 🤤
Bagel is a round bread made from simple ingredients : high gluten flour, water, yeast, salt and malt. It is characterized by a shiny, tough crust and a chewy crumb. The bagel dough is shaped into a round with a hole resembling a donut. It gets it's chewy texture as a result of poaching the shaped bread in a malt syrup before baking. They're then topped with sesame / poppy seeds and baked to perfection!
We have these on our Menu now!

Mango Lemon Custard Tart!
Crumbly Vanilla Tart, Vanilla Lemon Custard, Mango Compote, Whipped Cream and lastly topped with some Fresh Mango cubes. Garnished with some edible flowers And Pistachio. These flavours work soo well together. There's tartness from the lemon curd and the sweetness of the fresh Alphonso Mangoes.
