Our story
Altitude Moksha is a beautiful eco farm with Earth bag and Pahadi stone cottages surrounded with fragrant fields of herbs like French Rosemary,Italian Rosemary, Lavender, Nepeta, European Dandelion, English Thyme and Oregano. The four and a half acres property is in a remote Himalayan village called Gussain, close to Kirtinagar block in Garhwal Mandal of Uttarakhand. Located at at an altitude of a little more than 1900 meters above sea level, Altitude Moksha is surrounded by oak and pine forests and offers an exquisite panorama of peaks nearby including the beautiful Chandrabadni. A beautiful ascending trail crossing a stunning woodland, mountain springs, a local school and a few rickety bridges will bring you to Altitude Moksha. Our initiatives are helping to foster rural development, skill and community building in the villages of the area.
