Ingredients:
12 lasagna sheets
1 lb ground beef
3 cups ricotta cheese (optional)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 jar marinara sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
Fresh basil for garnish

Steps:
1.Prep Time: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cook lasagna sheets according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3.Saucy Goodness: In a large skillet, cook ground beef and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat and add marinara sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
