37 teams with unique and innovative business ideas came before our esteemed panel of judges to make their "Pitch"!
Our judges were very impressed by the calibre of ideas that were presented to them. The students showed excellent presentation skills and their confidence was a testament to their belief in their business idea.

It's been a year since the Islamic Finance Fraternity met in Sri Lanka for deliberations on contemporary issues faced by the industry globally.
The 8th Islamic Finance Forum of South Asia (IFFSA) will be held as a hybrid event once again in Sri Lanka, to ensure greater inclusivity. It is expected to attract many more physical attendees than in the previous edition, since international travel has resumed a sense of normalcy after the various restrictions that were effective due to the pandemic.

EntreMindZ II saw 40 teams participating in an intense competition where they showcased their creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial skills when they stepped in front of a panel of judges to present their business idea.

After an intense session with their designated Mentor, who guided them and gave them valuable advice and insights on how to make an effective and meaningful pitch of their business ideas, the teams presented their ideas to a panel of judges on the the 24th of September 2022.
Ellawala Tuhan Sapumanage Chamaka Ranasinghe Admani. Kudos on an amazing job done!

Aside from conquering the general fear of public speaking to present their ideas, candidates displayed wit and intelligence on the spot during follow up questions by the judges.

The day saw business ideas that fulfilled current and future needs, innovation that could change the course of the future, products built out of necessity and some, just for fun.

The Judges Akbar Mahesh Amarasiri Farhaz Farouk Praveen Ruberu Mohamed Mubarack Mubarack were amazed at the many innovative and ambitious business ideas that were presented to them. The students showed a level maturity that far surpassed their age groups!
