The Department of Public Safety - Highway Safety Office will be starting the SAFE RIDE PROGRAM to safely bring you home this holiday season, starting December 12 - January 2, 2023.

If you forget to plan a sober driver, please call 670-287-7328 and a taxi will be provided to pick you up from your current location and drive you directly to your place of residence only.

It will be 22x2 dollars per person, you must sign up before 2/19. People who complete this challenge will win a limited, one-of-a-kind, and the first Safehouse T-shirt printed for customers.

Rules.
1. You must sign up on or before 2/19/22 and pay the fee to hold a spot, there is no walk-in. The fee is non-refundable.
2. You must eat to the bones, (bones have to be shown on both sides).
3. You are allowed one bottle of 500ml water.
4. You must finish all 22 wings and 2 shots of tequila before the time ends.
5. You are allowed one pair of gloves and two napkins.
6. No bathroom breaks are allowed once the challenge starts.
7. Note: this is on you, whatever happens afterward. You are lucky it's not on Valentine's day.
8. Please note, it will be spicy, if you have not figured this one out. I mean stupid hot, so hot you want to give yourself a frozen yogurt e***a.
9. I can not stress how hot the wings will be. I mean no legal recourse because we are trying to tell you it will be retarted - not fit for human consumption SPICY !!!

MASK-WEARING INDOORS
Face masks are required in all public indoor spaces. These spaces include but are not limited to common areas of apartment buildings and offices, gyms, shops, cultural facilities, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.

Face masks are not required while seated at a food service establishment or actively eating or drinking.
Signage is required to be placed at all entrances indicating that face masks are required inside your facility.

CURFEW
Curfew Hours are now 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.

SOCIAL GATHERINGS
All indoor events must limit attendance to 50% of allowed occupancy unless vaccination verification or negative test verification is done by the event organizer or establishment owner, in which case 100% occupancy is allowable. A facility’s occupancy is set by the Department of Public Works (DPW) Building Code.

VACCINE VERIFICATION
Acceptable proof of vaccination includes an original vaccination card, a photocopy or photograph of a vaccination card, or an immunization record or documentation provided by CHCC or a healthcare provider.

A completed vaccination must meet the following:
• 2 weeks (14 days) after one dose of an accepted single-dose vaccine (J&J vaccines)
• 2 weeks (14 days) after the second dose of an accepted 2-dose series (Moderna or Pfizer)

Due to the limitation on occupancy number due to the current Covid19 restriction. We will be enforcing a cover charge for the bar on Friday and Saturday nights after 9 pm.

Every Friday is now ladies' night, ladies will have no cover charge all night, Gentlemen will have a 10 dollar cover charge which comes with 2 drink tickets.

Every Saturday night will have a cover charge of 5 dollars which comes with 1 drink ticket.

The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation (CHCC) and the Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force announced that the CNMI will move to Community Vulnerability Level GREEN beginning Friday,
June 18, 2021.

Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement
To ensure customers and staff are protected, the CNMI businesses and workplaces are urged to confirm vaccine status as “fully vaccinated” before letting them take off masks. Although
vaccination cards alone are not acceptable for travel into the CNMI, this form of verification on a hard copy or a smartphone can be acceptable for entities to use as a form of verification for their
compliance and enforcement.

Please if you are vaccinated please bring your vaccination cards or a picture of your vaccination cards with you when visiting our facilities.
