RECIPE - Delicious & Nutritious, Gluten Free Lunch Box treat for your kids.

🍏 2 TBS coconut oil
🍏 1 onion, finely chopped
🍏 1 carrot, peeled and grated
🍏 1 apple, peeled and grated
🍏 300g chicken breast, cubed
🍏 2 TBS Fresh parsley chopped
🍏 Salt, pepper/seasoning of your choice

All ingredients can be chopped/grated in your food processor to save time.

🍎 Heat coconut oil in a pan and gently fry the grated carrot and chopped onion until soft.
🍎 Grate your apple, using a sieve, squeeze out as much water as you can.
🍎 In a food processor, add the cooked onion & carrot, the chicken, apple and parsley. Pulse gently until the mixture is well combined but not too smooth.
🍎 Make small balls with your mixture. Heat a generous amount of coconut oil in a pan, cook until golden brown, turning them with a spoon.

Recipe makes about 15 balls. Double the recipe and freeze leftovers for another week. 🤩

Enjoy with a creme fraiche dip or guacamole dip.

Get your holiday orders in now and pay later!
We will be taking orders until 29th November and delivering until 8th December. We will then be taking a break and will be closed from 9th December and re-opening 16th January.

Get your orders in now for December and only pay and have them delivered first week of December. Of course, you can order and have a delivery today too 😉 but as we near our closing time, to avoid disappointment, please could you let us know what you would like to order so we can make sure we have stock of your favourite dishes. Order through our online store or WhatsApp and if delivery date is for a later date, please add a note.

Leave the pasta in the cupboard and make a Bolognaise Jacket Potato dinner!

Prepare your potatoes for the oven, cut a cross on the top, rub with olive oil or butter and sprinkle with Sea Salt. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.

Warm your Umami Bolognaise sauce in a saucepan on the stove.

Top your baked potatoes generously with Umami Bolognaise Sauce, serve with grated cheese. (Optional - add a dollop of butter to the potatoes before adding the bolognaise sauce.)

🍽️ Dinner Dilemma Solved! 🙌🏼

Sometimes life throws unexpected curveballs, like this evening, when we found ourselves without a dinner plan. 😅 But thank goodness for our trusty freezer filled with umami frozen meals! 🍲💨
