When I got this call from my students mom to make this for her graduating daughter from medicine, I said to myself, how will this beauty be transported by the client from ibadan to Ile ife?

Before I start to bake, I ensure I consider all factors that will aid safe delivery first as well as customers satisfaction. I concluded to adopt a proper way to stack the layers and cover to ensure safety. This cake was 18 inches tall with 2 inches books each placed on it.

It was an amazing experience for my trainees to have witnessed the beautification of this edible art.
