For me marinade is one of the processes of cooking I enjoy the most! I go all out and don't compromise on the quality of what I use! I m constantly trying new things that adds some new flavour or texture to the seasoning process!

You can't have the best cut if protein, use the cleanest methods for cooking and all the rest but if you get your marinade wrong .... Trust me everywhere thing you did doesn't count!😥

So yes alot of thought should go into your seasoning or marinade process! The feedback of this would surely be interesting to hear!
