SITUATION 1: Handling a client's event while being over 7,000km away. Unable to fit 120 people in a limited space with big banquet tables.

SITUATION 2: Couldn't do a proper recce as the Eko Hotels venue was booked daily till the evening before the event. Tried their rectangular & round banquet tables but to no avail.

TASK: Space must contain 120 people with at least 3 banquet tables in each row.

ACTION: Had to redesign the floor plan 5 times within 24hrs, jetisson their tables and hire new tables the night before the event.

RESULT: Event was a success despite all challenges and God was glorified.

ANF 3 happened despite the tough and trying times we live in.

The venue set up was challenging as always and we had 24hrs to set up with various vendors as against 4 days that was planned for but God saw us through.

A BIG THANK YOU to God, my team, the vendors and the client that made it happen.

And it came to pass.....that the 2020 AGM of...... that was cancelled 3days to the event last year finally happened in 2021!
